New Promotion Team at Hamlin Speedway in 2025! In a notable shift for Hamlin Speedway, a new promotion team will be taking charge in 2025. Joe Smith, a dedicated weekly competitor at the Speedway, along with his wife Sally, will be stepping up to assume the reins from Randy and Denise Smith, who have successfully promoted and managed the facility since 2006.
